Rachel Terp Spoke on Recent PAGA Developments at Bridgeport Conference in SF.

On October 7, 2022, Attorney Rachel Terp spoke to labor and employment practitioners from both sides of the aisle at the Bridgeport Continuing Education: 2022 Wage & Hour Litigation and Management Conference in San Francisco. She and her co-panelist, Paul Hastings attorney Chris Jalian, kicked off the day long conference with their talk, entitled “PAGA Update – Life After Viking River, Civil Procedure and Legal Landscape; PAGA Letters, PAGA Trials, PAGA Judgments & Settlements.” Their discussion covered the recent United States Supreme Court decision Viking River, important cases before the California Supreme Court including Adolph, Estrada, and Turrieta, as well as practice pointers.
