Rachel Terp Makes 2024 Super Lawyers List

Attorney Rachel Terp is honored to be included on the 2024 Northern California Super Lawyers list. Previously, she was selected to the list of 2023 Northern California Rising Stars by Super Lawyers for seven years in a row (2017 to 2023).

Rachel Terp is the principal attorney at Terp Law, where she represents clients in state and federal court, and pre-litigation negotiations. She has succeeded in bringing and opposing summary adjudication and discovery motions, briefed, argued for, and obtained approval of class and collective action settlements, and litigated cases to the eve of trial.

Ms. Terp is an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA). She currently serves on CELA’s Education Committee, CELA’s Wage and Hour Committee, and previously served on CELA’s Nominating Committee. Ms. Terp also volunteers as a supervising attorney for Legal Aid At Work’s workers rights’ clinic.
